The role involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Training will be provided, so prior experience: is not compulsory. Key Responsibilities: Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas tidy. Assist in setting up the kitchen before service and cleaning up after service. Support smooth kitchen operations at all times. Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards are followed. Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients). Help with arranging and storing food items and supplies. Keep the kitchen clean, including washing utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment. Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors. Requirements: / Qualifications Honest, punctual, and hardworking. Minimum of SSCE (preferred but not compulsory) with 0-1 year experience. Experience: is not compulsory – training will be provided. Good personal hygiene and cleanliness. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take corrections. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
