The successful candidate will provide accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement across management accounting processes. Analyse financial performance, variances, costs, and key business drivers. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other departments on financial matters. Monitor budgets, expenditure, cash flow, and cost control. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Develop financial models, reports, and performance dashboards. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Lead and develop junior accounting staff where applicable. Review and improve financial controls and accounting processes. Support pricing, investment, cost-saving, and other commercial decisions. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Monitor financial KPIs and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. Ensure accurate accounting records and timely month-end close processes.
