Virtual Nation is looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn platforms into a real source of revenue. You'll manage multiple brand accounts across X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok, build genuine communities, and drive enquiries that convert into paying customers. Job Description You will manage social media strategy, content, and community engagement across multiple brand accounts and platforms. This includes proactive prospecting and outreach to generate enquiries, not just posting and waiting for engagement. Graphic design and video editing support will be available to you, though having these skills yourself is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Social strategy & management: Develop and manage social media strategy across multiple brand accounts Plan and maintain content calendars for consistent, on-brand posting Manage presence across X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok Adapt content and tone appropriately for each platform's audience and behaviour Prospecting & outreach: Proactively prospect and reach out to potential customers via social platforms Identify and engage in relevant conversations, communities, and threads to generate enquiries Convert social interactions into qualified leads and enquiries for the business Community building: Build and grow genuine, engaged communities around each brand Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally and promptly Foster ongoing engagement that keeps audiences active and invested Content & collaboration: Work with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content Write compelling captions, posts, and copy aligned with each brand's voice Contribute content ideas, direction, and storytelling across campaigns Analytics & optimisation: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, enquiries generated, conversions) Analyse performance and adjust strategy based on what's actually working Report on social performance in terms the business can act on, especially enquiries and revenue impact Skills & Competencies Required Must-have: Proven experience: managing social media across multiple platforms and multiple brands/accounts Strong knowledge of X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok, and how audiences behave differently on each Demonstrated ability to generate enquiries or leads through social platforms Strong community-building skills; you can grow real engagement, not just followers Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and calendars at once Comfort with analytics tools and turning data into action N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
