The VSR will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring product visibility in assigned territories. Candidates must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellence in the FMCG distribution space. Key Responsibilities: Execute daily van sales operations to achieve sales targets and distribution objectives. Manage and grow customer base within the assigned territory. Ensure proper merchandising, visibility, and availability of products in outlets. Collect market intelligence and provide timely feedback on competitor activities. Accurately process sales transactions and maintain proper stock records. Ensure proper handling of company van, products, and sales equipment. Build strong customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Work closely with the sales supervisor to drive route-to-market execution. Requirements: Minimum of OND/NCE qualification (HND/BSc is an advantage). 3–6 years’ experience: in FMCG sales/distribution. Proven track record in van sales or open market sales. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual vans is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.
