Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and hardworking Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support the daily operations of a pharmacy.
The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists with non-clinical duties, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist with arranging, organizing, and restocking medications and healthcare products on shelves.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy environment.
- Monitor stock levels, check product expiry dates, and report low stock or expired products to the pharmacist.
- Assist with inventory management, stocktaking, and recordkeeping.
- Welcome customers, attend to their inquiries, and direct them to the pharmacist for medication-related advice.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare facility is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and recordkeeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products and pharmacy operations is desirable.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC, OND, or equivalent qualification.
Salary: N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
