Summary
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, promote our healthcare services, and build meaningful relationships with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all published content respects patient confidentiality, obtains appropriate consent, and complies with healthcare advertising and professional standards.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, educational posts, campaign materials, and promotional content.
- Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, patient engagement, enquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Track and analyse social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collaborate with the management and relevant departments to ensure accurate, professional, and consistent communication.
- Promote the hospital's medical services, specialist consultations, health campaigns, events, and public health awareness initiatives.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the hospital's marketing and business objectives.
- Coordinate photo and video content featuring hospital services, staff, and approved activities.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across all platforms.
- Manage the hospital's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Research healthcare trends and identify opportunities to improve the hospital's digital presence.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant social media management or digital marketing experience.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics, campaign optimisation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to create engaging social media content and grow online audiences.
- A minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or other service-based organisations is an added advantage.
- Excellent writing, communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, and paid advertising platforms.
- A portfolio or links to previously managed social media accounts will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar applications.
