A renowned Nigeria-based restaurant is hiring a Professional Storekeeper who is digital and ERP-savvy to manage storekeeping operations, ensure accurate stock records, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate with kitchen and inventory teams.
What You’ll Do
Maintain accurate digital inventory and store records using ERP.
Prepare stock reports for management.
Track stock movements and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Enforce store hygiene, safety, and documentation standards.
Coordinate stock receiving, issuance, and storage.
Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances.
Ensure store accuracy and timely reporting.
What We Need
Essential:
Availability for shifts and weekend stock counts.
High integrity and accountability for stock and store assets.
Basic Excel/data entry and report-writing skills.
Attention to detail and record accuracy.
Food safety/hygiene awareness (preferred).
Specific ERP exposure (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Zoho) preferred.
HND / BSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
2–4 years’ storekeeping experience (QSR/restaurant experience preferred).
Storekeeping/inventory experience.
Digital/ERP proficiency.
Benefits
