We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Receivable Accountant
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Account Receivable Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies and established financial procedures.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Support month-end closing activities and provide relevant receivables reports to management.
Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve customer account issues.
Allocate payments received to the appropriate customer accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
Investigate and resolve billing errors, short payments, and disputed invoices.
Prepare accounts receivable reports, including aged receivables and overdue balances.
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment schedules, and account queries.
Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
