We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Banking Software Implementation & Support Intern
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Job Summary
This is hands-on exposure to fintech/banking software — not a back-office or purely administrative internship.
You'll work alongside our experienced Implementation & Support Officer, learning how core banking systems are configured, deployed, and supported at real financial institution clients.
We're offering internship position for candidates interested in banking software implementation and client support.
What you'll do
Sit in on client implementation sessions to learn the full deployment lifecycle
Help prepare training materials and documentation for client staff
Assist with QA/testing of new features before client rollout
Support ticket triage and first-line troubleshooting under supervision
Assist with client onboarding: data entry, configuration checks, testing
Who we're looking for
Detail-oriented, reliable, eager to learn
Interest in banking / fintech software; prior coding experience is a bonus but not required
Some knowledge of accounting principles (double-entry, GL, reconciliation) is a strong plus — you don't need to be a coder to succeed in this role
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients
Based in Lagos or able to work on-site
Recent graduate (B.Sc / HND) — Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred
