We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Waiter and Waitress
Location: Airport, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Full-time - rotating hours (shift job)
Job Summary
The waiters/waitresses play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and promoting sales by courteously attending to guests, processing orders, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.
Key Accountabilities
Stay up to date with the full menu, daily specials, new items, prices, and ongoing promotions
Greet all customers warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant
Accurately take customer orders at the counter
Ensure cleanliness of serving counters, trays, tables, and customer dining areas
Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process cash, card, or electronic transactions.
Count cash accurately, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shift.
