We are looking for an experienced, client-facing Senior Presales Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will act as the technical authority supporting our sales and operations teams, bridging the gap between client business needs and cutting-edge technology solutions across Advanced Networking, Cybersecurity, Digital Infrastructure, Virtualization, and Microsoft Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Proposals & RFPs: Lead the technical writing and preparation of responses to RFPs, RFQs, and formal solution proposals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Engineering/Projects teams to ensure seamless deal closure and post-sales handoff.
- Demos & Proof of Concept (PoC): Deliver persuasive technical demonstrations and manage PoC executions to secure technical buy-in from key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Solution Architecture: Conduct technical discovery with enterprise clients and design customized IT, networking, and security architectures.
- Key Requirements
- Communication & Pitching: Exceptional technical writing, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical specifications into clear business value and ROI.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity/firewalls, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware/Hyper-V), and Microsoft enterprise cloud solutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Presales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Sales role in the ICT industry.
