We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead content creation and drive our brand presence across digital platforms. This role covers the full range of content the business needs — social posts, graphics, videos, LinkedIn articles, campaign material and more.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded content creator who can write, design, shoot simple videos when needed and think strategically about what actually grows the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, company milestones and industry moments.
- Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic) and adjust strategy based on data
- Plan and manage paid promotions on Instagram and LinkedIn to support visibility and lead generation
- Plan and create content across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms — posts, graphics, captions and occasional video.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand our services and translate it into clear, compelling content
- Grow the company's LinkedIn presence through thought-leadership content, company updates and brand storytelling.
- Support other content needs across the business as they arise — internal communications, event coverage, campaign assets, etc.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates and competitor activity to keep content strategy current
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and consistent quality across all content produced
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Experience managing a LinkedIn company page and running paid social campaigns
- Strong portfolio showing a range of content you have created — social posts, graphics and some video.
- Comfortable with basic content tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar); video editing skills are an added advantage.
- A genuine interest in technology; prior experience in a tech or startup environment is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting for social platforms
