The ideal candidate must combine strong technical expertise with excellent operational, organisational and people-management skills, ensuring efficient studio operations and the consistent delivery of high-quality content and client experiences.
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative and organised Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Photography and Podcast Studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, editors, freelance creatives and other production personnel.
- Edit photographs and video content to professional standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage studio bookings, schedules, equipment, inventory and maintenance.
- Plan and supervise studio sessions, photography assignments, podcast recordings and field productions.
- Identify opportunities to improve studio efficiency, service quality and revenue generation.
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the photography and podcast studios.
- Operate and supervise the use of cameras, lighting, audio equipment and other studio facilities.
- Deliver high-quality wedding photography, studio portraits and event coverage.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Practical knowledge of podcast studio operations, audiovisual equipment and production workflows.
- 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in photography, studio management and field production.
- Proficiency in relevant photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-management skills.
- Strong operational, administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrable experience in wedding photography, studio photography and event coverage.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
