Industry: Automotive, Industrial Equipment and Power Generation
Job Summary:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for passenger vehicle sales, driving revenue growth, market expansion, dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, budgets and business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and monitor the sales team and dealer network to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators and dealers to expand market share.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant automotive or passenger vehicle sales experience, including 3–5 years in senior sales leadership.
