Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage order processing, packaging, inventory, and deliveries.
- Oversee daily business operations, staff performance, and productivity.
- Prepare management reports and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate suppliers, logistics, stock control, and customer service.
- Drive operational efficiency, digital sales, and business profitability.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills for the Operations Manager position.
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience for the Operations Manager role.
- Proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
