Job Summary
We are seeking for r an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee the organization's functions.
The successful candidate would be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth.
The role involves managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing promotional activities, and leading the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
The Key Requirements
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Perform other related duties assigned by Management.
Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase sales and market share.
Manage the company’s digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
