Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Source, identify, and build relationships with potential property investors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing investors, agents, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand investors’ budgets, requirements, risk appetite, and investment strategies.
- Identify, analyse, and assess property investment opportunities for profitability and suitability.
- Match available property deals with suitable investors based on their investment criteria.
- Prepare and present professional investment proposals, deal summaries, and financial analyses.
- Conduct due diligence, assess potential risks, and ensure relevant compliance requirements are met.
- Manage investor enquiries, provide regular updates, and follow up to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate investor databases, deal pipelines, and investment records.
- Update available property opportunities daily and work closely with the deal-sourcing team to ensure deals are presented efficiently.
- Support negotiations and coordinate the progression of investment opportunities from initial sourcing to completion.
- Contribute to business development strategies that increase investor engagement, successful transactions, and overall profitability.

- Previous experience in investor relations, property deal sourcing, sales, or investment management is an added advantage.
