Requirements
- Experience within a reputable international hotel group or recognised international hotel brand is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in IT, Computer Science.
- Proven experience in a five-star hotel environment.
- Experience in Hotel IT support, networking, systems troubleshooting and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with hotel systems, including PMS, POS and hospitality software.
- Strong system security, team leadership and IT operations management skills required for management roles.
