A prestigious financial technology and digital gaming organisation is seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead its people strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and HR operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive engagement, retention, organisational culture and succession planning.
- Develop compensation structures, benefits and reward frameworks.
- Implement performance management, learning and development programmes.
- Maintain HR policies and provide workforce reports to Management.
- Oversee payroll coordination and applicable statutory HR obligations.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and HR compliance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation and statutory obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or equivalent professional qualification or membership.
- Fintech, banking, technology or gaming experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation, HR systems and employee relations.
- Minimum 10 years' HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
