We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Investor Relations Lead
Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with regulators and other external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute investor relations strategies and communication plans.
- Develop investor relations frameworks with measurable KPIs and annual reviews.
- Coordinate earnings calls, investor briefings and annual shareholder meetings.
- Promote a sales-first culture and support business development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with institutional investors, shareholders and analysts.
- Support the implementation of the J10 policy in line with board directives.
- Analyse financial results, market trends and economic indicators.
- Prepare investor presentations, press releases and annual reports.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years’ experience in investor relations, research or financial analysis within financial services.
- Strong organisational and project-management abilities.
- An advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and presentation skills.
- BSc Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and financial statements.
