Role Overview
You will manage preventive maintenance, facility operations, safety compliance, and capital projects to ensure flawless guest experiences with minimal disruption.
As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our engineering team to ensure our 5-star property is maintained to the highest luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and guest room facilities.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage departmental expenses, utility consumption, and external contractor agreements (fire safety, elevators, pools).
- Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and mentor engineering staff to maintain 5-star service levels.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to local building codes, fire/life safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement and monitor routine maintenance programs for all guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong leadership, discreet problem-solving in luxury environments, and excellent communication skills.

- Education & Certifications: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant trade certifications preferred.
- Experience: 5 - 10 years in facilities/maintenance management, ideally in a 5-star luxury hotel or upscale commercial property.
