Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Summary
The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage of products, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, documentation, and issuance of goods in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock, damaged goods, expired products, or discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Issue goods only upon receipt of approved requisitions or authorized instructions.
- Ensure goods are properly arranged, labelled, and stored for easy identification and retrieval.
- Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately in the inventory system or stock register.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work with spreadsheets or inventory software.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
