Loma Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic decision making across our lending, savings, and digital banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and scenario models.
- Analyse product, branch, and customer profitability.
- Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and financial performance insights.
- Support loan and deposit pricing, capital planning, and regulatory reporting.
- Improve reporting efficiency through data analysis and automation.
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or banking finance.
ICAN, ACCA, or CFA qualification (completed or in progress).
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Knowledge of banking financial statements and CBN prudential ratios.
SQL, Power BI, or fintech experience is an added advantage.
