We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Officer (Female)
Location: Orile Iganmu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure efficient filing system - all documents are appropriately filed, all files are indexed and properly arranged.
- Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking appropriate actions.
- Preparing budget forecasts.
- Record daily financial transactions such as payments, receipts, and invoices.
- Generation of report with accounting software.
- Provide necessary financial documents and explanations during internal or external audits.
- Input and manage financial data using accounting software such as Tally Prime.
- Assist the finance department with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
- Manage and monitor petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation
- Reconciling stock utilization.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting books regularly
- Track incoming payments from customers and follow up on outstanding balances.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting.
- Candidates residing around Surulere, Orile, Mile 2, Ijesha or Ago will have an added advantage.
