Key Accountabilities
- Data Entry:
- Record daily financial transactions and post journal entries in the accounting system.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process supplier invoices, track customer payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Inventory Tracking:
- Assist in monitoring stock levels of solar panels, inverters, and components to match physical counts with system records.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Tax Documentation:
- Prepare schedules for withholding tax (WHT) and value-added tax (VAT) filings.
