Fiberglass by Dipsy is a fabrication/manufacturing company that deals in both the fabrication and sales of fiberglass items such as planters pots used for interior decoration in different sizes, shapes and designs, swimming pools, furnitures, fountains, storagetanks and every items that can be fabricated with fiberglass.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Account Officer to oversee the financial activities of the organization, maintain accurate records, monitor cash flow and handle statutory financial obligations, including PAYE and other applicable taxes, levies and remittances.
Responsibilities
Monitor the financial activities of the business, including income, expenses, inflows, outflows and available funds.
Prepare regular financial reports and updates for management, provieing clear information on income, expendture, outstanding debts and financial obligations
Maintain proper financial documentation and records and carry out other accounting responsibilites as required by management
Handle statutory financial obligations, including PAYE and other applicable taxes, levies and remittances.
Monitor and initiate funds
and ask questions or seek clarification where necessary
Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial records, reconciliations, receivables, expenses and statutory obligation
Good use of accounting software and microsoft excel
strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
Above all, you must be proactive, smart, and be able to work independently without constant supervision.
Salary: N200,000 per month.
