Responsibilities
- include managing general ledgers, executing bank reconciliations, tracking tenant rent or buyer installment plans, and issuing timely billing for services.

- Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Develop annual operating budgets, track project costs against forecasts, and prepare variance reports for management.
- Property Portfolio Accounting:
- Monitor escrow accounts, track buyer installment plans, manage tenant lease agreements, and ensure timely rent collections.
- Vendor & Contractor Payments:
- Review and process interim payment certificates (IPCs) for construction contractors, sub-contractors, and material suppliers.
- Taxation & Financial Compliance:
- Manage corporate tax computations, ensure timely filing of statutory returns (VAT, WHT, CIT), and liaise with relevant tax authorities.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor daily cash positions, prepare cash flow forecasts, and optimize working capital for active real estate projects.
- Audit & Reporting:
- Lead the preparation of end-of-year financial statements and serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors.
