Job Title: Accounts Intern
Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Public Relation
Job Responsibilities
Assist in preparing financial schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
Support the processing and recording of financial transactions.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments as required.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
Assist with other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Support bank and other account reconciliations.
Perform data entry and maintain financial records using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial documentation.
Ensure proper filing and organisation of accounting documents.
Support the Finance team with routine accounting and administrative activities.
Job Requirements
0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates that have completed NYSC are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
