Job Description
- Design &Content Creation:
- Develop visually
- engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms.
- Social Media Management:
- Ability to manage visual content
- across TAHC’s social media platforms and official website.
- Brand Coordination:
- Being
- a brand ambassador and ensuring brand guidelines
- are consistently applied across all design outputs.
- Collaboration:
- You will work closely with project teams and support to develop visual
- storytelling for housing project and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Mass
- Communication or similar.
- 3–5 years of experience in
- graphic design and content creation.
- Proven portfolio
- demonstrating strong skills in digital and print design.
- Also Experience mananging social media content and website visuals preferably within the real estate and development sector.
Key Accountabilities
Design promotional
materials including brochures, flyers, banners, reports, and presentations.
Create multimedia content
(videos, animations, infographics) to enhance communication campaigns
Ensure timely updates of
digital assets and campaigns to maintain strong online presence.
Monitor performance of
digital campaigns and adapt visuals to maximize engagement.
Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms.
Support the evolution of TAHC’s brand identity,
developing creative concepts that align with corporate goals.
Collaborate with communications colleagues to
translate ideas into impactful visual campaigns.
Ensure all external-facing materials project a
professional, innovative, and consistent image of TAHC.
Support internal communications with engaging visuals
and materials.
Assist in the preparation of TAHC’s reports and marketing
presentations.
Provide regular updates on design deliverables and
campaign performance.
Maintain an archive of visual assets for
organizational use.
