Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Coach Consultant to support engineering and product teams in embedding sustainable Agile and Kanban practices. This is a remote consulting engagement requiring
2 days per week for 6 months
, with monthly review checkpoints.
Engagement:
2 days per week for 6 months, remote, with working-hours overlap into the South African business day and, where possible, US Eastern time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach multiple engineering and product teams concurrently in Agile/Kanban ways of working.
- Facilitate Agile, Kanban and flow-based practices to improve delivery effectiveness.
- Apply Scrum fundamentals and provide guidance to Scrum Masters and delivery teams.
- Define, monitor and report on delivery and flow metrics, including cycle time, throughput, WIP and predictability.
- Use Flight Levels and other flow-based approaches to identify and address delivery constraints.
- Configure and optimise workflow tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp or Asana.
- Drive sustainable behavioural and process improvements across teams.
- Leverage LLM technology to support teams in improving their practices and delivery outcomes.
- Work closely with the CTO and collaborate with the DevOps consultant responsible for delivery dashboards and data pipelines.
