Job Summary
The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings, creating realistic 3D models and high-quality renderings, and supporting the execution of residential and commercial development projects. The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovative architectural design.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and visualization of our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Revise and improve designs based on internal reviews and client feedback.
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Collaborate with the planning, engineering, and project management teams throughout project development.
- Participate in site visits to verify design implementation and resolve construction-related design issues.
- Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for project presentations and marketing.
- Assist in preparing documentation required for planning approvals and project execution.
- Prepare presentation materials, design boards, and client visualization packages.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, planning regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, materials, and visualization technologies.
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in architectural design (preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design, 3D modelling, and rendering capabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and detailing.
