We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D designs and presentations using relevant architectural software.
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist with project planning, documentation, and coordination from concept through completion.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Identify design or construction issues and propose practical solutions.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, measurements, and assessments.
- Review materials, finishes, and construction details.
Requirements
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional qualification/registration with ARCON is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural/design software.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
- B.Arch or M.Arch in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Experience with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Relevant professional experience in architectural design and/or construction.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
- Preferred Candidates:
- Graduates of Covenant University or the University of Lagos (UNILAG) with strong academic and practical backgrounds are preferred.
- N400,000 / month.
