We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
Own the visual direction of campaigns, transforming strategic briefs and consumer insights into distinctive creative ideas and compelling visual communication across platforms.
Key Deliverables &
Responsibilities
- Review and challenge creative work to ensure originality, strategic relevance, quality and brand consistency.
- Lead visual direction for photoshoots, productions and other major creative executions.
- Develop visual concepts, campaign territories and creative routes from brief to execution.
- Direct designers, photographers, illustrators and production teams to deliver the creative vision.
- Own the visual language and creative direction across digital, social, print, and other relevant platforms.
- Partner with Content, Strategy and Account teams to develop integrated campaign ideas.
- Present and defend creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback while protecting the core idea.
Requirements
- & Competencies
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 8 years experience.
- Strong art direction, conceptualization, visual storytelling and integrated campaign development skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma, After Effects and AI creative tools are an advantage. Strong portfolio and 2–3+ years' relevant
