You will also work closely with our communications strategists, PR team, social media managers, photographers, videographers and clients.
We want a visual thinker and creative problem-solver who understands that graphic design is a communication discipline.
You should be able to take a brief, understand the brand and audience, develop a creative direction and translate the idea into strong visual communication.
The role will involve working across brand identity, logo design, campaigns, social media, presentations, reports, proposals, events, marketing materials, digital assets and other forms of visual communication.
This person will be responsible for bringing brands to life visually across a wide range of communication touchpoints.

As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to join our team.
Key Responsibilties
Brand Identity & Branding:
Develop colour palettes, typography systems and visual language.
Create brand guidelines and visual standards.
Conduct visual research and develop creative references and moodboards.
Design logos and supporting brand identity systems.
Develop and evolve visual identities for brands and businesses.
Develop brand assets and templates.
Ensure visual consistency across multiple communication channels.
Creative Direction & Art Direction:
Develop campaign visual directions and creative treatments.
Translate strategic and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
Create moodboards, references and visual concepts.
Establish the visual language for campaigns, launches and brand activations.
Work with photographers, videographers, stylists and other creatives when required.
Direct the visual execution of projects from concept through final delivery.
Ensure the final creative output meets the strategic and aesthetic objectives of the project.
Social Media Design:
Design social media templates while ensuring brands do not become visually repetitive.
Develop carousel designs, campaign graphics, announcement assets, Stories and digital marketing materials.
Understand how individual social media assets work together as part of a wider visual identity.
Design high-quality social media assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
Work closely with the Social Media Manager to translate content ideas into strong visual executions.
