The Artificial Lift Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery to customers.
The Artificial Lift Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in service quality reviews with stakeholders and improve performance using action plans.
- Lead job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
- Supervise field installation of Artificial Lift equipment
- Participate in pre-job readiness activities including but not limited to CWOP, Site Visits, job briefs etc
- Setup and commissioning of Variable speed drives (VSD)
- Troubleshooting and repair of surface equipment (VSDs, Switchboards, Transformers etc)
- Maintain the required safety and technical training.
- Participate in and observe HSE policies and quality initiatives.
- Accurate capture of field data ensuring job deliverables are delivered on time.
- On-the-job training & Mentoring of team members
- Artificial Lift equipment and tools preparation

Experience
in complex ESP installations (Y-tool, Shrouds, PODs & Dual ESP systems)

in providing innovative and adaptive technical solutions and support to customers.
Diploma or HND in a Technical, Engineering, or related field.
