We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Assistant Activation Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
Sector: FMCG
Job Responsibilities
Timely escalate activation issues and competitor activity reports to line manager.
Ensure execution of activations to drive trial and retrial of new product launches.
Support management of the marketing budget,ensuring efficient spend across all budget line items.
Track and report activation metrics and KPIs (consumer reach, sales uplift, and conversion rates).
Brief Procurement and Finance teams on planned projects, and follow-up to ensure POs are raised on time and in full for planned activations.
Provide post-campaign evaluation reports to identify activation successes and execution gaps.
Work with the activation agencies and vendors from briefing stage to final campaign delivery to deliver approved brand campaigns.
Execute approved brand activations across multiple locations to create consumer experience for the organisation.
Job Requirements
First Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant discipline. MSc/MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in similar bottling FMCG industry is required.
