Role Summary
Lead the development and execution of compelling visual communication across campaigns and digital platforms, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and effective team delivery.
Key Deliverables &
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Content, Strategy, Account and Production teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Lead design execution across digital, social, print and other campaign touchpoints.
- Review and refine creative output to maintain strong design quality, visual consistency and brand standards.
- Develop visual concepts, creative territories, mood boards, and campaign routes from briefs.
- Drive creative innovation through emerging design trends, technologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Support creative presentations, client reviews and delivery of projects within agreed timelines.
- Guide, coach and review junior creatives while coordinating workload and delivery.
- Direct relevant photoshoots, productions and creative executions where required.
Requirements

- Creative, detail-oriented and commercially aware, with strong leadership, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong art direction, graphic design, visualization and concept development skills.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; After Effects, Figma and AI tools
- Strong portfolio and 5+ years' relevant
