Role Summary
Lead the development of strategic, engaging and culturally relevant content across campaigns and digital platforms, ensuring strong storytelling, brand consistency and creative quality.
Key Deliverables &
Responsibilities
- Guide and develop junior content creatives while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborate with Art, Strategy, Account and Production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Participate in client presentations and contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.
- Develop content strategies, concepts, narratives, calendars and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Use audience insights, cultural trends, content performance and emerging/AI tools to strengthen content effectiveness.
- Lead copy, scripts, social content, branded content and other creative outputs from brief to execution.
- Review, edit and improve team output, ensuring quality, originality, accuracy and consistency of brand voice.
Requirements

- Creative, commercially aware and able to lead teams, manage deadlines and translate briefs into compelling content.
- Strong content strategy, copywriting, storytelling and creative conceptualization skills.
- Excellent communication, editing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
