The Assistant Teacher supports the Class Teacher in creating a safe, organised, engaging, and supportive learning environment for pupils. The role involves assisting with classroom activities, pupil supervision, learning materials, and general classroom management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Class Teacher with daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Support pupils during individual and group learning activities.
- Help prepare teaching and learning materials.
- Supervise pupils during break, transitions, activities, and other school routines.
