KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop content strategies aligned with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, scripts, short-form videos and social media posts.
- Develop and maintain content calendars for product promotions, campaigns and launches.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of quality content.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to feedback and grow our online community.
- Track content performance and prepare social media analytics reports.
- Monitor digital trends, competitors and consumer behaviour.
- Support influencer collaborations, product campaigns and brand activations.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across digital platforms.
- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in content strategy, social media management or digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling and creative communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms and analytics.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut and relevant content tools.
- Strong organisational, analytical and project coordination skills.
- A portfolio or links to previous content and social media campaigns are required.
