Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in Ibadan, Oyo state.
Treblem Security seeks to recruit a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to promote its security services and drive business growth in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's client base in Ibadan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business engagements.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Generate leads, arrange client meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up on business opportunities in Ibadan.
- Prepare regular marketing activity reports and monitor progress against sales targets.
- Market the company's security services to corporate organizations, residential estates, schools, hotels, construction companies, and other prospective clients.
- Key Requirements
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Experience in the security industry in Oyo State will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- OND or HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the Ibadan business environment and ability to network effectively.
