Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team at our Ajah, Badore outlet.
The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastries, while ensuring that all products meet the company's quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Minimize wastage of ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness within the baking area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and baking equipment.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Perform other baking-related duties as assigned by the management.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to achieve consistent product quality.
- Work effectively with other kitchen and restaurant staff.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and overall production processes.
- Follow all company food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and bake different types of bread and pastries according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all baked products are properly prepared, presented, and stored.

Requirements

as a Baker.
