We are seeking an experienced and creative Baker & Decorator to join our fast-growing restaurant in Wuse 2, Abuja.
The ideal candidate should have strong baking and cake-decoration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality baked products.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete customer orders accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic baking area.
- Prepare and work with buttercream, fondant, fillings, and toppings.
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked products.
- Develop new cake, pastry, and dessert ideas when required.
- Manage baking ingredients and minimise production waste.
- Decorate cakes professionally according to customer requirements.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, quality, and presentation.
Requirements
- & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.
- Proven
Experience
as a Baker, Cake Decorator, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
Strong knowledge of baking and cake-decoration techniques.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
4–7 years of professional baking and cake-decoration experience.
