Key Responsibilities
- Drive deposit mobilization by growing savings, current, fixed deposit, and investment portfolios, ensuring the achievement of assigned liability and revenue targets.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for new and existing customers to identify suitable banking solutions that align with their financial goals and priorities.
- Actively manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio, maximizing revenue through product penetration and relationship expansion while maintaining sound risk management and portfolio quality standards.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through exceptional service delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referral generation.
- Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers through business development activities, market networking, and customer referrals to support portfolio growth objectives.
- Proactively identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the Bank's product suite to deepen customer relationships and maximize portfolio value.
- Guide customers through the Bank's products and services, providing clear information on lending solutions, account requirements, and banking processes while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
