We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Batching Plant Mechanic
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Maintain and repair concrete batching plant equipment and mechanical systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and servicing.
Replace worn or damaged components and ensure equipment reliability.
Maintain mixers, conveyors, hoppers, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and hydraulic systems.
Maintain maintenance records and report major faults.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime.
Follow all HSE and site safety requirements.
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and on construction sites.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in batching plant or heavy equipment maintenance.
