Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and prepare schedules required for financial reporting.
- Assist the Accountant with reconciliations audits and financial reviews.
- Provide information and supporting documents to help resolve discrepancies.
- Perform other bookkeeping duties assigned by the Accountant or Management.
- Support to the Accountant and Management
- Prepare transaction summaries and supporting schedules as required.
- Qualifications & Experience
- 1 - 3 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles.
- Experience handling high-volume daily transactions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or bookkeeping software.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Experience in a trading or inventory-based business is an advantage.
