Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee the daily operations of the pastry outlet, ensuring efficiency in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the business’s revenue, profitability, and product quality targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor and drive high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Coordinate inventory audits, maintain proper stock levels, and ensure timely ordering of raw materials and finished goods, avoiding stock-outs.
- Track sales performance, prepare budgets and manage cashflow efficiently across the outlet.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify market trends, boost revenue, and increase customer base.
- Train, supervise, and manage staff to function optimally and provide excellent service.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with resellers, retail customers, and engage in neighborhood marketing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on cash handling, product management, food safety, and equipment maintenance.
