Job Title: Brand Management Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Brand Management, Content Development, Market Research, Public Relations, and Marketing Communications, with the ability to build and strengthen a premium brand in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilties
Internal Brand Alignment: Ensure consistency of the company’s brand identity across internal communications, recruitment, onboarding, and external marketing channels.
Market Research & Positioning: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support brand and business decisions.
Brand & Content Management: Develop and execute brand strategies, compelling content, project narratives, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Events & Activations: Plan and coordinate project launches, open houses, networking engagements, and other brand activations while tracking their impact and effectiveness.
Public Relations & Partnerships: Manage relationships with media, industry stakeholders, influencers, and strategic partners to drive positive brand exposure and visibility.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in real estate, marketing, or a related industry.
- Excellent analytical, creative, and project management abilities.
- Strong content development, communication, storytelling, and brand management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
- Compensation
- N250,000.00 (Two Hundred & Fifty Thousand Naira, Only) Gross Monthly.
