We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Brand & Vendor Manager
Location: Victoria Island (VI), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends, suppliers, products, and pricing to identify cost-effective opportunities.
- Ensure brand materials and promotional activities are consistent with company standards.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure timely delivery of required products and services.
- Identify, source, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate the procurement of products, materials, promotional items, and other brand requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand brand and operational requirements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, delivery timelines, and service agreements with vendors.
- Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, promotions, and campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor activities, costs, and brand initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of vendors, quotations, purchases, and agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Requirements
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
1 - 3 years of experience in vendor management, brand management, procurement, marketing, or a related role.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and assignments simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of vendor sourcing and relationship management.
Must be proactive, presentable, and detail-oriented.
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
Salary: N200,000 Monthly.
