Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, identifying prospective clients, promoting the company’s products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, corporate meetings, and industry engagements.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate business development reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and market research.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual performance targets.
- Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue targets.
Experience outside the HMO or insurance sector is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, mass communication or a related discipline.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Candidates should ideally be 32 years of age or below.
Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in business development, corporate sales, relationship management, or client acquisition.
